A franchise charges 6–10% royalty on revenue forever, restricts your territory, and dictates how you operate. ScaleLogix charges a one-time build fee. No royalty. No territory. No brand obligations. After handover, the business is yours to run, expand, or sell.
Operator engagements typically charge end clients a $3K–$15K setup fee plus $1,500–$15,000/month in retainers, and historical operator net margins land in the 45–55% range after fulfillment costs. We share specific ranges from existing operators on the qualification call — not cherry-picked top-end numbers. Results vary by vertical, market, and how active you choose to be.
